Tiffany is a compassionate mental health therapist dedicated to supporting clients of all ages on their journeys toward emotional well-being and inner peace. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, Tiffany tailors each session to meet the unique needs and preferences of her clients. With a focus on trauma treatment, holistic practices, and creativity, Tiffany offers a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their experiences, heal past wounds, and cultivate resilience.
With a deep understanding of the complex interplay between mind, body, and spirit, Tiffany integrates holistic techniques into her practice, including mindfulness, breathwork, somatic experiencing, and internal family systems (IFS)/parts work. Clients are invited to reconnect with their inner resources, cultivate self-awareness, and foster a sense of wholeness. Additionally, Tiffany specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, a powerful and evidence-based approach that helps individuals process and integrate traumatic memories, allowing them to move towards healing and resolution.
Central to Tiffany's approach is the belief in the power of creativity as a tool for healing and self-expression. Whether through art, sand tray, play, journaling, storytelling, or other creative outlets, clients of all ages are encouraged to tap into their innate creativity as a means of processing emotions, exploring new perspectives, and fostering personal growth. When working with children ages 0-12, Tiffany offers play-based sessions, parent-child sessions, family therapy, and parent education to empower families to strengthen their relationships, foster communication, and create a nurturing environment where your child can thrive.
With warmth, empathy, and a deep respect for each individual's unique journey, Tiffany provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create positive change in their lives.
Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with her Supervisory Designation in the state of Ohio. She earned a master’s in education (M.Ed.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a graduate certificate in Early Childhood Mental Health and Behavioral Consultation from Cleveland State University. She also earned a post-master’s Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) certificate in Counseling from Kent State University.
