How long does a counseling session last? Counseling sessions typically last between 45-60 minutes. This will be discussed with your therapist during your initial appointment. The initial appointment for counseling will last 50-60 minutes.
Which counselor is the best fit for my needs or the needs of my child or family? The choice is yours! Based upon each counselor's availability, we will do our best to schedule you with the counselor that best fits the identified needs. We are happy to answer any questions about our counseling style, approach and areas of expertise.
Self Pay Rates: Intake: $175 Individual Session: $135 Couples/Family Session: $150 per session ​Interactive Complexity Add-On: Additional $25 per session For Self-Pay Clients We Are Required To Provide a Good Faith Estimate.
How much does counseling cost if I use insurance? That depends on your specific insurance benefit plan. Please contact your insurance to determine coverage.
What insurance's do you accept? We accept: Medical Mutual Aetna Cigna Anthem United Healthcare Optum We are covered by most major insurance plans. ​​ If you do not see your insurance listed we do offer self-pay services and we can provide a superbill for you to give to your insurance toward your out of network benefits.
